Naturalization
Our office can assist you with your application for U.S. citizenship. You may qualify for naturalization if you are at least 18 years old and have been a legal permanent resident (LPR) of the U.S. for at least 5 years (or 3 years if married to a U.S. citizen) and meet all other eligibility requirements.
Our office will meet with you, discuss your case, gather supporting documents, submit your N-400 Naturalization application, prepare you for your naturalization interview and attend the interview with you.
Green Card/Legal Permanent Resident
There are many different paths to legal permanent residency ("Green Card holder"). Generally, a Green Card can be obtained from sponsorship via a family-member or employer. Whether you are seeking a Green Card through family, employment, special immigrant, asylee/refugee status or another status, our office can handle your application.

Our office will prepare and submit your initial application, which is an I-130 for family-based applications or an I-140 for employment-based, and your I-485 for permanent residency. We will meet and discuss the necessary documents, submit the applicable applications to USCIS, respond to any Requests for Evidence and prepare you for and attend the interview if necessary.

If you would like to receive more information about the Green Card process or are considering hiring a lawyer for your Green Card application, please contact Jeffrey to schedule a free consultation.
